If you're currently employed, we’ll work around your schedule and communication preferences to make sure your search stays private, and we will never reach out to your employer for references without your permission. Again, your trust is important to us, and discretion is a core part of how we work.

That's completely fine — many of the people we work with aren't actively job hunting! We're happy to have an informal chat, learn what matters to you, and let you know if something relevant comes up in the future.

Tailoring your CV to highlight relevant skills and certifications / licences, including clear project examples and achievements, and showing your motivation for the role goes a long way. We can give you honest feedback and help you prepare when we put you forward for a role.
