We have a fantastic opportunity for an šš¬š¬šØšš¢ššš / šššš¦ šššš šššØš„šØš š¢š¬š to join an established environmental consultancy, heading up a close-knit team in ššØš„š„š¢š§š ššØš§, šš”šš¬š”š¢š«š.
You'll be building, supporting and developing your team; delivering technical excellence and setting standards; and working collaboratively with the Directors to set strategic direction and win work.
šš”šš'š¬ š¢š§ š¢š ššØš« š²šØš®:
- Salary circa Ā£50k-Ā£60k+

šš š²šØš® š”ššÆš:
ā 8-10+ years experience in Ecological Consultancy
ā Full membership of CIEEM (Chartered preferred)
ā Experience managing and developing teams
ā Extensive project management experience
ā Bid writing and commercial development experience
ā Thorough knowledge of relevant UK and EU environmental legislation, national and local planning policies and processes
ā Experience producing and reviewing technical reports, providing support and clear constructive feedback
ā A strong understanding of BNG, Biodiversity Impact Assessment, UKHABS methodology and the DEFRA metric calculators
