About the Role
You're a skilled Landscape Architect. You earned your Chartership over two years ago, have mastered AutoCAD and GIS, and developed exceptional skills in landscape and visual impact assessments, feasibility studies, and even some residential masterplanning.
But where's the reward for your hard work?
If you've been feeling disillusioned or frustrated in your current role, maybe its time to explore something that gives you real ownership over your work and your future.
Imagine being part of an employee-owned company, where your voice truly matters.
Where you have a stake in the business and your success contributes directly to the prosperity of not just the company, but to your own future and that of your colleagues.
Does it feel like your skills aren't being fully appreciated? Or worse, that you've hit a ceiling in terms of growth and innovation?
It doesn't have to stay that way.
This role offers an opportunity to step into a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where collaboration and ownership go hand in hand.
You'll work closely with senior professionals on impactful projects - think energy infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments with the support of a well-established consultancy that puts employee well-being and career development first.
And you'll have a direct stake in the success of the business - by being part of an employee-owned business, every decision, every project you contribute to, makes a tangible impact on the shared future of the company and your career.
Flexible working options? Of course. Exciting, varied projects? Absolutely. The chance to work with a growing client base and a company that knows how to balance work-life with ambitious, cutting-edge work? You bet.
If you're looking for a role that challenges you, values your contributions, and gives you a stake in building something great, this could be your next step.

This role has the potential to be worked predominantly from home and based anywhere in the UK for the right person - though a commutable distance from Leeds, Durham, or South Wales is ideal for those preferring a hybrid/office-based option. Of course, you'll need to have existing eligibility to live and work in the UK (sponsorship regretfully not available).
Both full-time and part-time options will be considered.
