About the Role

Urban Designers and Masterplanners - we have an amazing opportunity to join a renowned team of place-makers, connected by purpose, and working on some of the UK's most exciting development and regeneration projects.


Harnessing your creativity and love for great urban design, you'll design and create quality places through deliverable masterplans. 


You'll be working collaboratively with colleagues across several other UK studios as one cohesive team, feeling tangibly valued and part of something both special and influential - not just another cog in a corporate machine.


You'll be based in Oxford, on a hybrid basis, with great flexible working options to ensure a balanced work-home life.

Salary & Benefits:

About You:


We're looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in a relevant field (urban design, architecture, landscape architecture)

  • 2-5 years UK urban design experience, including masterplanning and regeneration projects at varying scales (e.g. town & city centre transformation, public realm, residential & mixed use masterplanning and urban regeneration projects)

  • Excellent graphic design skills, proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D Design modelling

  • Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills, experience of working collaboratively and client-facing

  • Full UK driving licence
